USICH Listening Session

Homeless youth service providers are invited to join a listening session to share their expertise.
Join us on Wednesday, September 22 from 3:00 to 3:45 PM EST to inform the recommendations that NN4Y will submit to the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) in response to their call for input as they are working to develop a new national plan to prevent and end homelessness.
Specifically, this will be an open forum where everyone will have the opportunity to answer the following questions:
- What should the federal government’s top priorities be?
- What are the most significant barriers in your community?
- How can the federal government more effectively center racial equity and support equitable access and outcomes at the local level?
- What lessons have you learned during the COVID pandemic about how housing, health, and supportive services systems can help?
- Is there anything else you wish to add?
