DEDICATED TO

ENDING YOUTH HOMELESSNESS

Collaborate. Advocate. Transform.

Every year, the National Network for Youth hosts the annual National Summit on Youth Homelessness + Hill Day in Washington D.C., bringing together service providers, youth advocates, homeless liaisons, policymakers, and other passionate individuals. Together, we will advance solutions that ensure all young people have a safe place to call home!

The I Am Here: Vital Document Legal Hotline for Youth is a free, dedicated legal assistance hotline for youth experiencing homelessness to help obtain essential identification and vital documents. Getting vital documents like IDs and birth certificates shouldn’t be hard, but for young people experiencing homelessness, it often is. Every state is different, adding more barriers for youth in tough situations.

Youth Leadership & Partnership

We invest in and partner with young leaders with lived expertise through our National Youth Advisory Council (NYAC) to educate policymakers and service providers throughout the country about youth and young adult homelessness.

Policy Advocacy

We advocate for systemic changes to prevent and end youth, young adult, and young parent family homelessness with our network of young leaders and service providers.

Supporting Communities

We provide on-the-ground support in local communities to address the root causes of homelessness among young people by helping communities establish a Youth Action Board, identify gaps in services and support, and build strong collaborative relationships among youth-serving agencies and systems.
