A special congratulations to the youth-serving community-based organizations that received a community project funding/congressionally directed spending award, also known as earmarks. Many of these awards are directed to youth outreach, youth homelessness prevention, community-based services, foster youth transitional housing and services, and youth employment programs. To learn more about how to request and secure earmarks, please refer to our FY 2025 Earmarks Fact Sheet.
