Conference Questions?

NN4Y invites you to attend our seventh annual National Summit on Youth Homelessness in Washington, DC on March 2 – 3, 2020. This one-of-a-kind event focuses exclusively on how government agencies, policymakers, young leaders, service providers and other experts can partner together to prevent and respond to youth homelessness!

  • Introductory Practice Track: Hot topics for practitioners new to the youth homelessness field.

  • Advanced Practice Track: Hot topics for those who have been doing the work for several years.

  • Nonprofit CEO Track: Peer-to-peer learning on topics that nonprofit CEOs are grappling with.

  • Education Practice Track: Early childhood, K-12, and higher education co-convened with SchoolHouse Connection

These breakout tracks provide attendees the ability to identify opportunities to learn about practices, resources and strategies that are most relevant to their daily work in preventing and responding to youth and young adult homelessness.

You will also get to meet, network with and learn from our incredible National Youth Advisory Council!

The Summit offers the chance to learn about federal policy developments in the current political environment of both the U.S. Congress and the Administration. NN4Y will facilitate our annual discussion among federal agencies to learn more about their own work to address youth homelessness and encourage them to take targeted and systemic actions.

This promises to be an interactive and dynamic two-day event.

Add a Day & Earn a Certificate on Human Trafficking (CHT) – 2 Course Options

Following our 2020 Summit you can stay and earn a Certificate on Human Trafficking (CHT) for Runaway and Homeless Youth Providers on March 4, 2020. NN4Y has teamed up with the McCain Institute for International Leadership to offer two distinct Certificates on Human Trafficking (CHT).  These Certificates are designed for direct service providers working at runaway and homeless youth programs. After participating in each course, and successfully completing post-tests on the material presented, participants will earn a Certificate indicating that they have successfully completed the training.
