Collecting Impact Statements Regarding FYSB’s Grant Administration of SOP and BCP Grants
Did you not receive either a SOP or BCP grant this last round and score 95 or higher? Was there a page number problem or other electronic/technical problem that affected your chances of receiving a grant? Is there now neither a BCP or SOP grant in your area as a result? Did you have some other issue with your grant application?

- Grant applied for and did not receive.
- Score you received for this grant application.
- The technical or other problem that affected your grant eligibility.
- The number of years your organization had received this grant in the past.
- Are their other SOP or BCP grantees in your community.
- The average number of youth you serve every year.
- Any other relevant information you would like to include.
